Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy governs the protection and use of intellectual property rights related to Tirvane and its educational platform. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to respect all intellectual property rights as outlined in this policy.


1. Ownership of Platform Content

1.1 Tirvane Proprietary Content

All content, materials, and resources provided through the Tirvane platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, digital downloads, data compilations, software code, and course materials, are the exclusive property of Tirvane or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 Platform Technology

The platform's software, design, structure, organization, source code, algorithms, and technical infrastructure constitute proprietary technology owned by Tirvane. This includes all updates, enhancements, and derivative works.

1.3 Educational Materials

Course content, curriculum designs, lesson plans, assessments, learning paths, educational methodologies, and instructional materials developed by Tirvane or on behalf of Tirvane remain our exclusive intellectual property regardless of student enrollment or access.


2. Trademarks and Service Marks

2.1 Tirvane Marks

The name "Tirvane," our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Tirvane. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission except as necessary to identify Tirvane services in accordance with accepted business practices.

2.2 Third-Party Marks

All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on our platform are the property of their respective owners. The presence of third-party marks does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use any Tirvane trademarks in connection with any product or service that does not belong to Tirvane, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Tirvane.


3. User-Generated Content

3.1 User Ownership

You retain ownership of any original content you create and submit to the platform, including discussion posts, project submissions, code repositories, presentations, and other creative works. However, by submitting content, you grant Tirvane certain rights as described below.

3.2 License Grant to Tirvane

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our platform, you grant Tirvane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and improving our services. This license continues even if you stop using our services, but only for content that has been shared with other users.

3.3 User Representations

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described above, and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.


4. Instructor Content

4.1 Instructor-Created Materials

Instructors who create original course content retain copyright ownership of their materials. However, instructors grant Tirvane a license to host, display, distribute, and market such content through our platform for the duration of their agreement with us.

4.2 Collaboration and Derivative Works

Content created collaboratively between instructors and Tirvane, or materials that incorporate Tirvane templates, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies, may be subject to joint ownership or specific licensing terms as outlined in instructor agreements.

4.3 Instructor Departure

Upon termination of an instructor's relationship with Tirvane, specific terms regarding content ownership, continued use, and removal will be governed by the applicable instructor agreement.


5. Copyright Infringement Claims

5.1 Reporting Infringement

Tirvane respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content available through our platform infringes your copyright, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information:

a) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

b) A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

c) A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our platform

d) Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address

e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

5.2 Designated Agent

Copyright infringement notices should be sent to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Claim."

5.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

5.4 Repeat Infringer Policy

Tirvane maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.


6. License to Use Platform

6.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Tirvane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our platform and educational content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any content from the platform. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform. You may not create derivative works based on platform content without explicit written permission.

6.3 Educational Use

Course materials may be downloaded or printed solely for personal study purposes. Redistribution, republication, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited without written authorization from Tirvane.


7. Machine Learning Content Specifics

7.1 Code and Algorithms

Sample code, algorithms, models, and technical implementations provided in machine learning courses are offered for educational purposes. While students may use these for learning and practice, any commercial deployment or redistribution requires appropriate attribution and compliance with applicable licenses.

7.2 Datasets and Data Resources

Financial streaming data examples, datasets, and data resources provided through courses may be subject to third-party licenses. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable data usage terms when working with provided datasets.

7.3 Model Architectures

Proprietary machine learning model architectures, training methodologies, and optimization techniques developed by Tirvane instructors are protected intellectual property and may not be commercially exploited without authorization.


8. Open Source and Third-Party Components

8.1 Open Source Software

Our platform may incorporate open source software components. Such components are licensed under their respective open source licenses, and nothing in this policy restricts your rights under those licenses.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Where third-party content is integrated into our courses with permission, such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under license. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of all third-party content providers.

8.3 Attribution Requirements

When required by applicable licenses, Tirvane maintains appropriate attribution notices and license information for third-party components, which users must also respect when using or redistributing permitted materials.


9. Patents and Innovations

Certain features and functionalities of the Tirvane platform, including our adaptive learning algorithms, personalized learning path generation systems, and live interaction technologies, may be protected by pending or issued patents.

9.2 User Innovations

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding improvements to our platform, you grant Tirvane an unrestricted, perpetual right to use and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution obligations.


10. Domain Names and URLs

The domain name tirvane.pro and all associated subdomains are proprietary assets of Tirvane. Any unauthorized use of similar domain names that could cause confusion with our brand is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.


11. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

11.1 Monitoring Rights

Tirvane reserves the right to monitor content posted on our platform to ensure compliance with intellectual property policies. However, we are not obligated to actively monitor all user content.

11.2 Removal Authority

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property rights or this policy without prior notice. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

11.3 Preservation of Rights

Failure to enforce any provision of this intellectual property policy does not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce such provisions in the future.


12. International Considerations

Tirvane operates globally and respects intellectual property laws across jurisdictions. Content accessible through our platform is protected by applicable international treaties and conventions governing copyright, trademarks, and related rights. 13. Commercial Use Requests

If you wish to use Tirvane content, trademarks, or materials for commercial purposes, media production, research publications, or any use beyond personal educational purposes, you must obtain prior written permission. 14. Student Project Work

14.1 Portfolio Use

Students may showcase projects completed during courses in their personal portfolios, provided such use does not involve redistribution of proprietary course materials, instructor content, or platform technology.

14.2 Attribution Standards

When showcasing project work that incorporates techniques or knowledge gained from Tirvane courses, appropriate attribution to the course and instructor is appreciated but not legally required for student-created original work.


15. Confidential Information

Certain course materials, business methodologies, unpublished content, and platform features may be designated as confidential. Users who gain access to confidential information must not disclose, reproduce, or use such information except as expressly permitted for their educational participation.


16. Updates to Intellectual Property

Tirvane continuously develops new content, features, and improvements. All updates, enhancements, modifications, and new releases of platform content and technology are subject to this intellectual property policy and remain the exclusive property of Tirvane unless otherwise specified.


17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from intellectual property claims related to our platform will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service. We encourage good faith communication to resolve intellectual property concerns efficiently.


18. Severability
