4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Platform Content
All content available on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio files, course materials, software, and other materials, is the property of Tirvane or our content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and educational content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content.
4.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, including assignments, projects, comments, and forum posts. By submitting content, you grant Tirvane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

6.2 Attendance and Completion
While we encourage active participation, course completion is at your own pace unless otherwise specified. Certificates of completion may be issued for successfully completed courses based on defined criteria.
6.3 Instructor Interactions
Live sessions and interactions with instructors are subject to scheduling and instructor availability. Professional conduct is expected at all times during these interactions.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred monetary units, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tirvane and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use our services immediately ceases. We may delete your account and associated data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice describing the dispute and your proposed resolution.
13.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. 15.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by our authorized representative.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights and obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
15.6 Survival
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
